| Experimetria's MYO-01 is a small vessel
myograph bath system designed to measure contraction/relaxation of small isolated vessels
from 100 µm to 2.5 mm diameter for physiological and pharmacological investigations.
UV-permable window permits optical recording of fluorescent processes. For larger vessels,
refer to the vessel ring holders for the larger TSZ family of
tissue baths.
Includes operation base plate, water-jacketed chamber, force transducer (FSG-01/50), two-plane maniuplator (AM-02), one pair of tungsten wire holders, bridge amplifier (SG), tubing for buffer, carbogen and water jacket, and starter kit: tungsten wire (100 µm x 3 meters and 50 µm x 3 meters), three glass covers, silicone grease, screws and screwdriver set. Two different types of tissue holders are available. |
